Iurii Zhuravlov

CEO

Date of Birth: 31 March 1958 Mr. Iurii Zhuravlov, is the founder of the Group, as well as Head of the Luhansk Agrarian Confederation. Mr. Zhuravlov is a certified doctor (M.D., Luhansk Medical University, 1981) who practiced for 10 years before deciding to become an entrepreneur after the collapse of the Soviet Union. In 1992 Mr. Zhuravlov launched ‘‘Melissa’’ and since then he has been engaged in agri-business. In 1999 he reorganised the company, creating PJSC Agroton, which has since become one of the leaders of the Ukrainian agricultural market. Mr. Iurii Zhuravlov has 24 years of managerial experience in agriculture. He is a recipient of a state order by the President of Ukraine.

Boris Supihanov

Non-executive Director

Mr. Boris Supihanov, is former Deputy Minister of Agricultural Policy for Ukraine. Mr. Supihanov obtained a Master’s degree from the Voroshilov Agricultural Institute and has 25 years of managerial experience in the state agricultural service, having also been Agriculture Minister of Ukraine from 1998-1999. From 2001 to 2005 Mr. Supihanov was advisor to the Prime Minister of Ukraine for agriculture.

Volodymyr Kudryavtsev

Non-executive Director

Volodymyr Kudryavtsev is a Deputy of the Luhansk Regional Congress (Rada), and the Deputy CEO of State Enterprise “Manufacturing Control State Railways Administration of Ukraine”. He is a graduate of Voroshylovhradskyy State Pedagogical University (1983), Ukrainian State Law Academy (1995) and Ukrainian Academy of Banking (2002). Mr. Kudryavtsev has held senior executive management positions for several of the largest enterprises in Ukraine since 1995, notably CEO of insurance company “Garant”, head of Privatbank branch bank, Deputy CEO and CEO of State Enterprise “Ukrreserve”, Deputy CEO and CEO of State Enterprise “Derzhpostachannya”. Mr. Kudryavstev also has received two national Ukrainian state awards, the Honorable Distinction of the State Reserve of Ukraine in 2004 and the Railway Distinction of the Third Level in 2011.

Larisa Orlova

CFO

Larisa Orlova, has been working as CFO at the Company since 2011. From 2005 to 2011 Larisa Orlova has held the position of Deputy CFO at the Company. From 2000 to 2005 Larisa Orlova has been working as deputy Chief Accountant of Agroton. Mrs. Orlova obtained a Master’s degree in Accounting from the Lugansk Agricultural Institute. She also served as Chief Accountant of the agricultural companies Crepie and Luch from 1991 to 1999.

Tamara Lapta

Deputy CEO

Ms. Tamara Lapta is a Deputy CEO in Finance since 2005. Ms. Lapta obtained a Master’s degree in Accounting from Lvov Trade and Economic Institute and has 45 years of working experience. She has served as chief accountant of several companies including PJSC Agroton, Melisa, Obsolyut and CFO of Voroshilovgradmebel.
