The independent accounting firm of KPMG has been selected as the Group’s new independent auditor. The Audit Committee has selected KPMG to conduct the semiannual review of the Group’s financial statements for six months ended June 30, 2012 and the annual audit of the Group’s financial statements for its fiscal year ending December 31, 2012.

KPMG has no financial interest, direct or indirect, in the company and does not have any connection with the Group except in its professional capacity as an independent auditor.
